Book Begginnings

Book Beginnings is hosted by Rose City Reader. Every Friday share the first sentence (or so) of the book you are reading, along with your initial thoughts about the sentence, impressions of the book, or anything else the opener inspires. Please remember to include the title of the book and the author’s name.

My wedding Dress looked like something out of a romantic fairy tale with homemade lace, pearl beadwork, and a catchedral-length train the perfect bridal gown for a second daughter of a king. My mother had started commissioning the fabrics years ago in anticipation oh her three daughters getting married.

Summary:
I was born the middle princess of a tiny country in the Alps, which means my primary duty in life has always been to make a good marriage for my family and country. That's why I'm marrying Edward Channing. He's rich, handsome, arrogant, and silent.
Seriously, he almost never talks to me at all.
He might be marrying a princess, but he obviously doesn't want to spend any more time with me than he has to. I have no problem with that. We can live entirely different lives and pursue our own interests. I'm sure we can make this arranged marriage work.
Of course, we do need to produce an heir, but I'm trying not to think about that.
My thoughts:
I really enjoyed the first book A Princess Next Door and I couldn't wait to start reading this. It sounds like a cute read and so far it is.

What do you think would you want to read this book?
