Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

This week I need to start getting things done and getting ready to go for our vacation. It's just about here. We will be leaving Saturday afternoon and be gone for a week. Looking forward to it.

My son will be having a Easter Egg Hunt soon and getting his basket of goodies which I can't wait to see his face.

    1. Thanks. Enjoy your books. Have a great week. 😀

  2. These books look like ones I would end up getting on my phone and reading, I feel like my ebooks that I like to read are so different from my physical books, but I am going to have to give some of these a look!

    1. They are pretty good books. I hope you enjoy them if you decide to read them. Enjoy the new week.

  3. Happy Easter! I miss doing Easter egg hunts. :/ I see you picked up a lot of Noelle Adams' books! I'd not heard of them before. I hope you enjoy all of your new books!

The Simple Women's Daybook

For Today Monday April 3,2017

Looking out my window... It's cloudy and looks like it could rain somete soon.

I am thinking... That I need to make a list of things I need to pack for our week vacation.

I am thankful...  For warmer weather and of course spring.

I am wearing...  A flower t-shirt and Jeans.
I am creating... Nothing at the moment. Don't have time to make anything at the moment. Maybe once Emily gets to be a little older I can start making things again.

I am watching...  My son doing the splits and My daughter rolling over on her tummy. Never a full moment I'm this house.

I am reading...

A Princess Next Door. It's good almost done. And can't wait to read book 2 in the series.

I am hoping... That my daughter's teeth will come in soon. She is cutting a few teeth and poor baby is fussy.

I am learning...  Which foods Emily likes to eat and what she doesn't when she eats her solids. Love the cute faces she makes.

In the kitchen... Monday: Burritos

The Friday 56

Welcome to The Friday 56 hosted by Freda’s Voice.
This is a really fun meme! The only rules are to grab a book (any book), turn to page 56 or 56% in your eReader and find a sentence or a few (no spoilers) that grabs you and post it. Then go over to Freda’s Voice and leave your link so we can visit your 56!

My 56 for this week is from:

My page 56:

It didn't matter what happened. If Jack got scared away or disgusted by all the royal attitudes or aplomb, then we wouldn't have had a future anyway. Better to find out now, before I fell for him any further.
                         Summary :
I was born the oldest princess of a tiny country in the Alps, which means my future has been planned out for me since I was an infant. I was supposed to marry a rich, arrogant stranger to help restore the royal bank accounts, but I decided to go to college in the States instead. It was the one act of rebellion in my very sheltered life.

That's how I met Jack Watson. He lives next door, and he…
